This is the second free clinic established and opened by Dr Raj Pradhanang with the kindness, blessings and support of His Holiness Buddha Maitreya. The Clinic had its opening ceremony on the 20th May 2008 (Buddha Jayanti) and began offering Soul Therapy treatments on July 19, 2008 - His Holiness Buddha Maitreya's birthday.

Treatment and Healing Center is a free clinic established with blessing and Kindness of His Holiness The American Buddha Maitreya that offers services that include homeopathic treatment with computerized technology, surgical facilities for minor cuts, wounds and burns, and pathological facilities.

The Monastery, as a prototype of ecological living, will incorporate solar and wind technology, recycling and water conservation principles, and hybrid and electric transportation. Along with aquaponic and organic food cultivation, and the practice of right exercise and diet, as an example of healthy balanced lifestyle.

Three years after the Karma Raj Clinic, a new homeopathic clinic was established by H.H. Gyalwa Jampa at Gaden Maitri Vihar Monastery. It is the second clinic he set up on Swyambhu and its primary homeopathic physician is Dr. Pradhanang.

In September 1999, H. H. Buddha Maitreya kindly supported the establishment of a Homeopathic clinic with homeopathic medicines at Karma Raja Monastery for the betterment of the state of health of the lamas there.

in 2005, Sanat Kumara, His Holiness The Buddha Maitreya was invited to Lumbini, the sacred birthplace of his previous life as Gautama Buddha and recognized as the incarnation of Maitreya Buddha by the Lumbini Development Trust.

In 2008, Buddha Maitreya was invited to Lumbini again by the Trust. This time, Buddha Maitreya was offered land for the construction of an American Buddhist Monastery at this UNESCO World Heritage Sacred Site.

The Great Namgyal Stupa in Dharmsala, Losar is Long Life Stupa that was built in the honor of H. H. the IV Dalai Lama. The Church of Shambhala Vajradhara Maitreya Sangha is a sole sponsor of the Great Namgyal Stupa Project.
